School Policy reviews, ASHS Food Truck Evening and AJHS Summer Gala!
Kia ora ASHS whānau,
Just a heads up about some important policies being reviewed, and some great events on the horizon.
New cellphone ban policy and other policies up for review this term
As you will know, the coalition government has decreed that cell phones are to be banned in school. Whilst we do have until the end of Term One to implement the policy, it made sense to bite the bullet and lay down the expectations from day one. Below is the message we gave students at the beginning of the school year.
Here is our draft policy. Please have a read and if you have any feedback please email me directly at camos@ashs.school.nz by the end of next week.
