Just a few important reminders for the coming week.

Notify ASHS about absences using a mobile device.

Kamar App

You can now report an absence for your young person through the Kamar mobile application.

Download the KAMAR App on your iOS device from the iTunes store or on your Android device from the Google Play store.

If you are still using this app to send us absence notifications we will not receive them as this company is no longer contracted by ASHS.

Tuesday 8th June is a teacher only day!

Tomorrow is our Kahui Ako Whānau ki te Ako (Community of Learning) is having a conference where teachers and staff from across our community (Albany Senior High School, Albany Junior High School, Albany Primary, Upper Harbour Primary, Greenhithe School and Ridgeview School) will come together to learn from each other. This means the school will be closed for students on Monday (for Queens Birthday) and Tuesday (for our Teacher Only Day) next week.

Impact Projects Semester Two is go!

Next week we kick off Semester Two of Impact Projects. Please support us in ensuring each and every one of our young people is here to experience what will be an important day. This semester we have also co-designed two extra Impact Project offerings for our Year 13s to ensure there is a choice that is relevant and enaging for every student. We look forward to seeing everyone here on Wednesday!!
