About Me
Prior to becoming a teacher I worked in the design field. This has influenced my approach to teaching Food and Textiles Technology. I really enjoy introducing my students to the creative opportunities in both these subjects. I returned to teaching in 2018 after several years working in real estate. When I’m not at school you will find me on the beach or enjoying time with my family.Georgina Mitchell

About Me
Having taught for 20 years there have been many changes and challenges, but the constant that has kept me driven has been my passion to see young people extend their potential beyond what they ever thought possible. Engaging students with their own learning, for me, is not only about what happens in the classroom, but what happens in their broader life experiences. I strive to engage with my students in a way that resonates beyond the physicality of the classroom, so the subject evolves into a broader understanding of our place in the world.
